098. (A fringey affair)

Okay, okay, I said earlier I'd get a haircut. Well it didn't happen today. Now I'm kind of deliberating whether I want to or not. I got sidetracked today; my dad wanted to eat out so we did. Then I went with my boyfriend to the mall and I ended up buying some mac lipstick (I originally had intended just to window shop). Before you know it my hairdresser was booked, so I'm going tomorrow for a trim but I wonder whether or not I should get a full fringe?

Here's a picture for comparison:

Me with a fringe.

Sans fringe.

Oh, and I also bought these glasses online at Clearly Contacts, what do you all think?

I personally LOVE them, well I haven't gotten them yet. Waiting in the mail for my new specs, hee hee.

ANYWAY, back on topic. So yeah. I packed a limited amount of clothes in mind to be simple, comfortable and warm. ASOS jeggings definitely did the job. I didn't feel cold at all. <br

Shirt Vintage | Pants ASOS | Jacket Ricki's | Belt Lane Bryant | Boots Target | Bag Forever 21

I love the shirt I have. I wear it all the time. Did I mention I loved white? I also love the texture/feeling of the fabric, it's some sort of satiny fabric and it's definitely vintage. (In the 60's made nonetheless, according to the tag!) I love the detailing:

Although it's not mentioned; there's also shoulder pads! Gotta love it. Here's the best picture I can come up with:

So yes, in ending this entry PLEASE tell me if I should leave my hair as-is or go with a fringe, definitely appreciate it!

  1. I vote yes on the fringe!!! I can't pull off straight-across bangs, so I'm always severely jealous of everyone who can - and demand that they allow me to live vicariously through them!

    also, PUGGY!!!!!

  2. Love the bangs. I always get a fringe then two days later am swooping them to the side. They look great on you!

  3. I'm having the same dilemma. I've had short straight fringe since I've had hair, but, for the past few months I've been growing it out. I miss my fringe, but I'm just feeling like a change.

Good luck deciding, it's a tough one.

  8. YES on the fringe! Of course you are beautiful either way but I am adamantly PRO FRINGE!!! All fringes all the the time.
You look so cozy! it is starting to get snow-cold here in chicago and the effort to look cute and stay warm can be an uphill battle.

  11. Mmm Starbucks holiday drinks. So my thoughts... I like your hair better with the long side-swept bangs (the full on fringe looks good too, though, so I don't think you can lose either way) I do really like those glasses, I think they would fit your face wonderfully!

  14. Yes to the fringe! I just gave myself a fringe, and for awhile I thought that I looked like I had a mullet, haha, but now I love it! Also...I really like those ASOS jeggings. I am just ASOS obsessed these days!

  15. I always have the same problem with a fringe. It takes forever to grow out but when it has, you kind of miss the fringe...Personally, I like how your fringe frames your face in a nice way!

  16. I think I like you better without a fringe, it makes your eyes pop out more imho. :) Although you look cute with both! Maybe you could go for side-swept bangs instead? That'd be sth in between. :P

You've got a lovely face though so no matter what you do you're gonna look lovely I think. X3

  17. Those glasses! When I got my most recent subscription I was looking for clear frames but couldnt find them, these are perfect. Now I hope they are around in two years when I can get new glasses again!
If you dont like them, let me know, i'd be interested in buying them.
