134. (Gaga for Glasses!)

It's no surprise I love glasses. I rely on them for my day-to-day use. I never ever use contact lenses because they irritate my eyes and I tend to lose things so no-go there. I love glasses because they make such a bold statement and it can be coordinated in outfits. I have 4 pairs of glasses I use on rotation at home and this does not include the glasses I have worn in my past years.

Anyway, here's some glasses that I really like on Clearly Contacts (I believe it is Coastal contacts in the USA). I can confidently say that I LOVE Clearly contacts. They always provide me consistent quality of glasses. (The glasses I'm wearing here are from Clearly Contacts/Coastal Contacts!) and they have epic sales too. I remember a few weeks ago they put all their glasses on sale for $33! ... that's right, ANY pair glasses were just $33. That's not all, but every once or twice a year they do giveaways in Canada, I think they give out 500 pairs of glasses in each city on select days. All you had to do was check out and enter a coupon code and you just paid for shipping. I got 2 glasses from those giveaways, but they go quick.











By the way I wasn't paid to do this, I just really love glasses and this company. Another good glasses company is Zenni Optical, great glasses for those on a budget.

  2. Lol, it's apparently glasses loving month. I just posted about my new acquisitions from Zenni. I actually do wear my contacts a lot, but love to have several pairs of glasses for outfit coordinating. Sometimes they really are the best accessory!

  3. The third pair are my favorites. I started wearing glasses at 5. These days I switch between contacts and glasses, but tend to wear my glasses more often.

  4. I'm quite familiar with Coastal Contacts! They actually just had a big giveaway here in Wisconsin so I was able to snatch up a pair for free with clear lenses. (I don't need a prescription, but it's an outrageous price just get to clear lenses.. so this saved me a ton!)

  5. I wore contacts for a long time--since high school--but had to give them up a couple of years ago because they were giving me these major headaches. I'm almost glad it happened though because I've rediscovered my love for glasses! I've always loved your glasses and I love that you get these awesome bold pairs. I wear huge round eyeglasses myself--a mix between Harry Potter and 80's nerd girl. I wore cat eyes for a while but mine were a vintage pair and didn't work out in the end...but I'm happy cat eyes are making a comeback! It's like Viva la Lisa Loeb!

  10. ahh I adore the first pair! They're so vintage looking and they would look so cute on you! I have a real pair of Versace glasses that I use for my prescription. But I don't really like the style of them anymore. I wanted to get another pair of real seeing glasses, but then I saw a cute fake pair in Urban Outfitters that I LOVED. So, I wear them all the time and pretend they're real haha. (I'm so lame) But they were only ten dollars!

Don't get me wrong, I love working at LensCrafters, but its got its downsides, like being tormented by how AMAZING those first black cat eye frames are but not being able to buy them for fear of feeling like a huge traitor for buying glasses online. But besides that, I really like your taste in frames =)

  13. Those are such pretty frames! I wear glasses, but I've been wearing my contacts lately, because the sun is starting to come out more! It depends on my mood, really. Some days I wear glasses, and some days I don't!
